These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Widgetify (the "App"), including Widgetify Plus. The App is provided by RED HISTORY ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. THE APP

Widgetify provides themes, wallpapers, widgets, an Island Pet companion, alternate app icons, and related customization tools for iPhone. Free (non-VIP) themes, wallpapers, and widgets can be saved and installed without a subscription. VIP (crown-marked) content, Plus-only app icons, and placing the Island Pet on the Dynamic Island or Lock Screen require Widgetify Plus.

The App is optional entertainment and personalization software. It does not replace iOS system settings, and Apple may change how themes, widgets, wallpapers, Live Activities, app icons, or configuration profiles work.

2. WIDGETIFY PLUS

Widgetify Plus is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple.

Plans:

- Weekly: USD 4.99 per week

- Annual: USD 29.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial where eligible

Prices are shown in the App in your local currency when available. Apple may display a different local price.

Plus may include:

- an ad-free experience in the App

- saving, adding, and installing VIP (crown-marked) wallpapers, widgets, and themes, with ongoing updates

- access to selected Plus-only content

- Plus-only alternate app icons (currently Bloom, Noir, and Aurora)

- placing the Island Pet on the Dynamic Island, or on the Lock Screen as a Live Activity on devices without a Dynamic Island

Benefits may change as we add or adjust features. Plus does not unlock Apple system capabilities that iOS does not allow. Dynamic Island, Live Activities, and alternate app icons depend on your device, iOS version, and Apple’s system rules. Not every iPhone has a Dynamic Island.

3. PAYMENT, TRIAL, RENEWAL, AND CANCELLATION

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial if you do not cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid annual plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase Plus.

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

4. RESTORE PURCHASES

Use Restore on the Plus page to restore an active subscription signed in with the same Apple ID. We cannot restore a purchase made on another Apple ID.

5. LICENSE AND CONTENT

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and its content on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or scrape App content, except as allowed by law.

Themes, wallpapers, widgets, icons, and other materials remain our property or the property of their licensors. Buying Plus does not transfer ownership of that content.

6. CONFIGURATION PROFILES AND INSTALLATION

Some theme features may generate a configuration profile or other file for you to install. You choose whether to install it. Apple, your device, or a future iOS update may limit, warn about, or block this kind of installation. We are not responsible for system warnings, failed installs, or changes Apple makes to this process.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

- misuse the App or attempt to bypass payment, ads, or access limits

- interfere with our content service or other users

- use the App for unlawful purposes

We may limit or discontinue access if these Terms are violated or if we must do so for legal, security, or operational reasons.

8. ADS AND FREE USE

If you are not subscribed to Plus, the App may show ads. Browsing, previewing, favoriting, and saving free (non-VIP) content may remain available without Plus. Saving VIP (crown-marked) content requires Plus. Meeting, feeding, and playing with the Island Pet in the App may also remain available without Plus. Putting the pet on the Dynamic Island or Lock Screen, and using Plus-only app icons, require Plus.

9. DISCLAIMER

The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every iOS version, device, or future Apple change, including Live Activities, Dynamic Island, or alternate app icons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, failed installs, ad interruptions, or indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.

10. PRIVACY

11. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be noted in the App or on the App Store listing.
